1. Subject of Services

The Basic Alert platform (basicalert.com) provides analysis services for industrial safety protocols, real-time monitoring via sensors, and early warning systems.

The services are intended exclusively for professional use for the purpose of improving the safety and efficiency of industrial operations.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User is obligated to provide accurate information and use the platform in accordance with the technical documentation.
Basic Alert reserves the right to suspend access to services in case of violation of these terms or fraudulent activities.
Both parties are obligated to comply with legislation regarding data protection and intellectual property.

3. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". Basic Alert assumes no liability for:

Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
Service interruptions caused by external factors (e.g., network failures).
Operational decisions made by the user based on data provided by the platform.

4. Termination Conditions

The user may cease using the services at any time by deactivating the account.

Basic Alert may terminate the agreement with prior notice in case of a serious breach of terms. After termination, all user data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Modification of Terms

Basic Alert reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
